In Ñam Gastrobar – The Tapas Lab we combine the best Mediterranean cuisine with the flavours of local and traditional dishes combined with inspirations from other gastronomic cultures.
All of our dishes are elaborated with first quality products, coming from our sea and our soil. Fish are sourced directly from the local fish markets in Guardamar, Santa Pola or Torrevieja; vegetables are grown in the Vega Baja region around Alicante. We have also made sure you have a large and atypical list of wines to choose from for you to fully experience our gastronomy.
But what makes us truly different and one the best restaurants in Guardamar is our genuine passion for service, our continuous desire to innovate and our dedicated attention to our guests.
